What is a cement furnace?

The resulting powder is cement and can be further changed with specific minerals for specific required properties.

The first cement furnaces were designed for batch operations. Modern furnaces are continuous and slowly bring the mixture over the conveyor so that the cement furnace can be maintained in continuous operation. Continuous operations are more advantageous in terms of efficiency and are also more for the equipment, because the furnace is incorrectly warming and cooling. They also require a lot of space.

Cement production can be a very messy process. A number of emissions are produced in furnace and many cement furnaces are equipped with airme the washing machines to capture as many pollutants as possible.
