What is a walnut?

The walnut bark is decorated and usually a light gray color. This tree often grows relatively large and reaches a height of about 60 feet (18.3 meters). It also has a large spread that can sometimes be more than 50 feet (15.2 meters) across.
It is a deciduous tree, which means that it will lose leaves in the autumn. In the spring, however, new leaves begin to appear. The leaves of the walnut tree are folded leaves that consist of an odd number of leaflets.
