What is happiness?
Defining happiness in several paragraphs or less may seem like an exercise in philosophical vanity, but an attempt could bring a person some personal satisfaction, which in turn could create a sense of happiness. So we people get into a complex emotional state known as real happiness. Many small positive events or achievements accumulate to provide a sense of self -confidence and satisfaction that we interpret as personal happiness. For most of us, this is more of a state of mind rather than specific emotions or response to positive external forces.
One important element is a sense of self -confidence. Whether we want to admit it, many of us spend our days in constant state of need. We have the physical, emotional and spiritual needs that we believe must be satisfied so that we can experience a certain degree of happiness. When we have the morning cup of coffee, we meet with co -workers, enjoy a delicious lunch or complete the importance of Tant's projection, at least one of our everyday needs will be met. In one senseThis feels when our list of needs is replaced by a new list of physical, emotional and spiritual fulfillment.
Another important element of happiness is the feeling of success. Consider how many times our ideas and plans fail during the average day. These failures tend to create internal tension and anxiety, which in turn creates a feeling of misfortune. But when the idea has taken place or joined the plan, there is often a sense of euphoria and success. This feeling can be a reward for perseverance in difficult or challenging times and do not arise despair. Get a competition or accepting recognition for a successful project often triggers feelings of happiness.
For some of us, the feeling may be derived from that our material or spiritual needs meet. TZE is an old saying that money cannot buy happiness, but in fact it can get very close. For many wage earnings, the idea can get enough money or itNot tangible rewards for their efforts to make a sense of happiness. Knowing that our immediate needs and even a few personal desires will be met can be very reassuring, which in turn creates feelings of security. In the same sense, many people find happiness after hearing the spiritual message confirming the life or spending time in deep reflection or meditation. It could mean a feeling of harmony between the mind, the body and the spirit.
What creates a sense of happiness may vary very much from man to person. Small children with little life experience can find happiness in the form of ice cream cone or Saturday morning cartoons, while adults can find it by traveling or persecution of external interests. Some people require many of their needs before happiness is experienced, while others consider it simplicity. Fortunately, it is said that this is the only thing free that all people are trying to do, and they could get anything.
