What are hominids?

hominides are a biological family from which people are a member. They are informally known as large apes and include four families: people, chimpanzees, gorillas and orangutans. Hominides can be divided into two subrovodins, a ponginae that include orangutans (Pongo) and hominee, which include gorillas (gorillas), chimpanzees (pelvis) and people and their disappeared close relatives (HOMO). The definition of "hominid" has changed several times in the past: at one point it only mentioned people and our extinct close relatives, and this old definition sometimes persists. "Hominid" means "human". Human intelligence products are ubiquitous and quite surprising - for example, the computer you use, for example - while signs of intelligence in other animals are finer. At least one gorilla, coco, learn to us, the basic form of sign language.

hominides have been on Earth for about 7 million years. About six million years ago, an evolutionary line that led to people separated from chimpanzees. In the order of genetic affinity with lIDMI: The chimpanzees are closest, followed by gorillas, then orangutans. All hominides have at least 97% genetic similarity to modern people.

hominides live in social groups and some use simple tools such as sticks, to capture insects. In addition to the subgroup of people, hominides are largely vegetarian. Hominides are intelligent enough that there is an ethical movement granted to them by a personality called a project of large apes. No one has shown or refuted that hominides except adult people have the theory of mind or are capable of empathetic fraud.

studies of hominid fossils, such as Australopithecin "Lucy", clarified the enormal amount of useful information about relations between different families in the family of hominid. Some species of extinct hominids include Gigantopithecus, Sivapithecus, LufengPitycus, Ankrapithecus, Parranthropus and Ouranopithecus.
