What is the farthest distance that a person has ever been from the ground?
The farthest human being was when the country was from the country during the Apollo 13 mission, when the Americans James Lovell, Fred Haise, John Swigert went far or the "dark" side of the moon at an altitude of 158 miles (254 km) from the lunar surface. This will cost approximately 400 171 km (248 655 miles) from the ground. This record was reached at 0:21 UTC 15 April 1970. The record stood for almost four decades, and it seems unlikely to be overcome before 2020, when Japan and the United States plan to the Moon. For comparison, the distance between New York and Tokyo is 10,878 km (6 760 miles). Instead of landing, the vessel was sent to a free return trajectory and returned to the ground using the gravity of the Moon as a sling. Normally it would be a simple postup, but a significant correction of the course was required, and due to the explosion ground operators did not want to risk burning the main engine. Instead, a descending engine of the lunar module was used.
All the Moon's Moon with the crew included one person of the team of three people staying in the lunar orbit, while the other two visited the surface. The orbital time was about two hours and the altitude was between about four and a hundred miles. Therefore, at least a few people approached them to match the distance from the Earth's record that Apollo 13 crew
Until 2020, when the US and Japan are planning to visit, there are no plans for a Moon crew mission. The exact specifications of these missions are currently unknown, so we do not know with certainty whether they violate the record for the furthest person from the country.
After the past 2020, the Mars mission is open. If Successful, it would break a record of distance to a person from the country by at least 100.
