What is the Earth whitening?
The
whitening country, often called the Fuller country, is a type of clay mined in Asia, England, India and the United States. Once this substance is rich in mineral and is used for its absorption, bleaching and filter properties. After industrial use, the country must re -undergo a processing in which it is recycled for reuse or ensured safe for disposal.
Attapulgite, Bentonite and Montmorillonite clays are the most common in the Earth's whitening, individually or in combination. In its raw state, the clay usually contains silica, followed by aluminum. Earth bleaching also usually contains iron, magnesium and calcium. The clay deposits are similar to the soil and can move in the color of the buffs or tan to yellow or pure white. It is highly absorbent and usually has a smooth, greasy feeling.
Although it can be used in its natural condition, production plants normally expose the ground to be whitening and heating to minimize the moisture content of aeliminate microorganisms. The ground is then dried and the dry cleaning plants crush the finished product into small particles. The activated bleaching ground is mixed in the form of a porridge with a chlorochlorical, sulfur or other acid. The resulting clay then undergoes thorough washing, drying and grinding.
Manufacturers sell the finished product in stages that differ in the content of moisture and particle size. The moisture content can range from 6% to 12% and the particles differ in size from 25 microns to larger pieces, which have the same size as the cat litter. The clay acquired the whitening country from its ability to remove colored pigments from oils and other chemicals. It can also remove colors commonly associated with carotenoids, chlorophyll and feophytin.
Bleaching Clay also has the ability to absorb unpleasant odors, including those produced by ammonia, sulfur and tar.Metifers commonly use this compound to filter dirt from oil products, from oil to sweatRavinary classes after fuel. Combined with salt water, these earthly clays are commonly used as a lubricant for drilling oil. Some manufacturers use clay substance as a ingredient in cosmetic products and Attapulgite is a component of some antidiarreal drugs.
The absorption property of the Earth's bleach causes some oils or chemicals to maintain when used as a filter. These substances may have flammable or otherwise harmful properties, which makes liquidation a potential security risk. Plant processing takes this material used, called the spent bleaching ground, mix it with solvents, clean the clay and combine the ground with acid. The country then undergoes further washing, drying and grinding.
