What is an Anti-Gravity Treadmill?

As more and more fitness enthusiasts begin to experience anti-gravity fitness with the help of some technologies from the Circus and the Space Exploration Program, Stephen Kosolak, a manager of a fitness club in the United States, has prepared a type of fitness called Alter-G "anti-gravity treadmill. Many fitness guests, including marathon runners and morbidly obese, have experienced this alternative treadmill.

Anti-gravity fitness can reduce the weight of overused joints, allowing obese people to exercise without burning the body at a higher risk of injury, burning body fat.
Marathon runners can use anti-gravity treadmills to train running speed and exercise endurance while reducing the risk of injury.
Older adults can perform physical exercises to reduce bone and joint stress, and obese people can exercise without being hindered by excessive weight.
"If we can reduce a person's weight by changing the effect of gravity, we can benefit a large number of different people," Kosolak said.
A spokesman for the American Fitness Association and California sports physiologist Jessica Matthews said anti-gravity fitness classes will increase. "As I understand it, antigravity is about letting your body hang."
