What is the job?

Work action is a form of protest used by workers temporarily for the required right, alert of security issues or the weight of acceptance. Working actions can take a number of forms and can be solved in different ways. Average individuals are most often influenced by working actions when they lead to off services such as education, reactions to emergencies, airlines, etc. Workers can also start slowing in which they still work, but perform their tasks at a much slower pace. The slowdown is sometimes used in critical industries to ensure that work is still being carried out while drawing attention to problems. Job events may also include things such as babysitting, sick and other forms of protest, and usually educational programs are focused on the public during working events to inform people about the problems.

For unionized workers, work events are often used for lobby to be allowed to join the Union. Given thatFor that workers are not united, measures may be dangerous because the company may decide to hire compensation rather than dealing with the requests of workers. With trade union protection, workers can participate in employment without having to take care of the loss of employment, and often with the financial and legal support of the Union to ensure that working events are successful.

In order to be a work action, most of the workers must be on board with a plan. If only some workers agree to participate, the report may be diluted and workers who are involved in the action may be written off as problems than people with real concern. Working actions are also more efficient when they are used as a step last option, after workers have exhausted other ways of positive communication and protest.

6 Some people prefer to stay business during the ongoing work action as an expression of solidarity, especially ifIt belongs to trade unions. People who are not in trade unions may still have ethical reservations, because job events often relate to problems such as workplace safety, health care for workers and fair rewards.
