In November 2016, 2.4 kilometers from the standardized plant in the Kaijiang County Industrial Concentration Zone of Dakai Expressway to the entrance of the South Ring Road of Jingjing Avenue was completed, and the subgrade construction of the South Ring Road was completed 800 meters; 6.74 kilometers of the Economic Development Zone have been completed and put into operation. The PPP Project Agreement of the investment promotion part was signed on October 26, 2016. The project company is in the process of preparing for the construction of the two tunnels and two bridges control project (Leiyinpu, Yangjiashan Tunnel, and Pineapple Mountain, Mingyuejiang Bridge). The land acquisition and demolition work for the river section has been fully started. Leiyinpu and Yangjiashan Tunnel have completed 2.3 km of land clearance and 3.2 km of roadbed filling.
