What does federal aerial marshal do?

Federal Air Marshal is a coercive officer in charge of maintaining security and security of personal aircraft and airports in the United States. Federal Aviation Marshales are assigned to the United States' security security administration (TSA), an agency within the US Department of Internal Security. Federal aerial marshal represents as an ordinary passenger on the plane. On board the aircraft, aerial marshal maintain constant supervision in an effort to prevent an enemy act from the beginning. In the event of an attack or kidnapping, aerial marshals seek to neutralize the threat immediately.

In the perfect situation, the marshal would mix smoothly and remain completely anonymous to other passengers on the plane. FlightHowever, the crew is informed about the identity of all aerial marshals aboard the airline. Anonymity is considered to be important because it is assumed that once the identity of the federal airspace is known, the aerial marshal would be an obvious goal in the event of an attack or kidnapping. Unfortunately, there were reports that the identity of air marshals are endangered by mistakes, negligence or defective policies and procedures

Given the nature of the position, there are many federal aerial marshals of former military or coercive staff. They are undergoing extensive and specialized three -month educational program and many are considered to be the highest qualification of firearms among coercive bodies.
