basic introduction
In the process of cell growth and development, cells at different stages, such as primordial cells, naive cells, and mature cells, have different marks on the surface. Based on these different marks, monoclonal antibodies are used to detect the corresponding leukocyte surface or the cytoplasmic antigen Use the corresponding antibodies to classify the cells, accurately understand the different differentiation stages of the white blood cells tested, and decide which type of leukemia belongs to. This type of leukemia is called immunotyping.
