What is relaxin?

Relaxin is the first recognized zoologist Frederick Lee Hisraw in his study about Gopher. When Hisaw remarked the difference in the female and male pelvic belt in the Gophers, he found that ovarian hormones during female puberty were the cause. From Hisw's discovery in 1926, scientists combined hormones to relax with several other female reproductive functions in humans and animals and even found that he was present in male semen. Corpus luteum, placenta, decidua, breast and chorion are excreted. Relaxin also releases and softens the cervix at the end of the third pregnancy trimester by distributing collagen. It is essential that the pelvic area and the birth of the channel become more supple to allow the fetus to go through during delivery, so this hormone is a key part of the labor process. Relaxin prevents premature birth by inhibiting the uterus by inhibiting the uterus before the fetus is ready for birth. This can cause pain and inflammation in some women. However, as soon as the pregnancy ends, the level of relax is reduced and the pain is scattered.

Relaxin is also present in women who are not pregnant, albeit at much lower concentrations, and plays a role in menstruation of women. The levels of relaxation rise to the end of the female menstrual cycle, and this softens and opens the cervical to allow the uterus lining when it is shed during the female period. When menstruation occurs and no pregnancy is present, relax levels decrease until it increases after ovulation. They work with estrogen and progesterone to regulate the menstrual cycle.

Scientists study the effect of relaxin on joints and bindings during the menstrual cycle. It is believed that relaxing or relaxation affects this peptide hormone and estrogen to muscles and bindings during the menstrual cycle at certain times more susceptible to injury. The decrease and rise of these hormones causes a weakness that has been directly attributed to muscle injuries. Awareness of this allows female athletes and others to plan trainingIncas sitting and activities on days when weakness is expected.
