What Is Water Heating?

The water heater uses water as a heat transfer medium, which is heated by electric heating, and is forced to circulate heat by a high-temperature water pump. Used in heat applications where oil is not suitable as a heat transfer medium.

The core heating component of the water heater adopts a tubular cluster structure design. The equipment has fast thermal response and high thermal efficiency. The temperature is controlled by a microcomputer intelligent dual-temperature dual-control method. PID is automatically adjusted for high temperature control accuracy. The high-temperature resistance stainless steel wire is evenly distributed in the high-temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tube, and the crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation performance is densely filled in the gap portion. This structure is not only advanced, high thermal efficiency, and uniform heat generation. When an electric current passes through the wire, the heat generated is diffused to the surface of the metal pipe through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then transferred to the heated part or the air to achieve the purpose of heating.
