What is balnologists?

Balneology is a practice of bathing as a way to stimulate health and cure some disorders. Evidence was found about human beings using hot springs since the bronze era. Bathing practice is still part of some cultures, but in others it has been rejected because of the claims that it is a scam. Most often the water in which the bathing takes place was filled with some kind of mineral, although just cold or hot water was also used to massage the body.

Balneology study began with the discovery of hot springs. These naturally smoking waters are often filled with minerals that are beneficial to the skin. Historically, public spa houses were offered in many countries such as Italy, to support the health and well -being of all. During the Roman Empire, a heated bath was opened to the public. Bath Attendants, who doubled as doctors, took care of the device and recommended which types of soaking would be the most useful for each person.
