What is Larder?

Larder is another word for pantry - basically a great place for different foods. Since the lard was common in homes before cooling, some older houses may still contain them, or at least a generous large storage cabinet with beautiful storage options for people who like to shop in stock or who can have their own food and need a good place to keep them. Some lard adapts well to storing wine because they are usually cool.
