What is a pocket sandwich?
Pocket sandwich is a type of sandwich in which the fillings are placed inside the pocket of the dough. These sandwiches can be made by folding slices of bread or tortilla around the fillings, or can be made by inserting the filling into the bread case such as a pita of bread. The handheld sandwich can also be made by folding ingredients into a piece of raw bread and baking or frying with fillings inside. There are many types of pocket sandwiches, including Pepperoni roles, pizza, Strombolis, QueSadillas and Calzones. Most of the world's cultures are assumed that they have developed some form of pocket sandwich.
Sandwich can be one of the most popular types of cold sandwiches. This type of sandwich is produced using a Pita bread that is hollow in the middle. The role is generally cut in half. Each half can be full of cold sandwich ingredients.

The filling is less likely to slip out of the handheld sandwich, as thorough bread packaging or dough can generally keep them in place. Pocket sandwiches are generally easy to transmit because the fillings are often maintained inside the bread pack until the sandwich is not eaten.
The United States Army used portabilityI and the comfort of the handheld sandwich include beef, chicken and pepper sandwich with normal rations. The army believes that handheld sandwiches can offer nutritional and fill meals without requiring that the soldiers stop preparing warm foods.
