11. Bid validity

16.Bid deadline
1 The bidding unit shall submit the bidding documents to the bidding unit according to the date and time specified in item 11 of the previous schedule.
2 The bid invitation unit may extend the deadline for submitting bidding documents as appropriate in the form of supplementary notice as specified in Article 7 of this notice. 17. Modification and withdrawal of bid documents

19. Confidentiality requirements of bid evaluation content

20. Bid evaluation principles and methods

4.3 Recommending Winning Candidates and Bids: The bid evaluation committee recommends the list of winning candidates and submits a written bid evaluation report. The bidding leading group shall determine the successful bidder among the successful candidates according to the bid evaluation report.
