What Are Free Goods?
"Free economics" (Freeconomics) refers to the transfer of the cost of free goods (to another product or subsequent services); or to greatly reduce the cost of free goods to as low as zero.
Free economics
- Why an old joke turned into a law of digital economics.
- In 1838, the Paris-based mathematician Anthony Cournot published "The Study of the Mathematical Principles of Wealth Theory" (though not known at the time), which is now considered a masterpiece of economics. In this book, he tried to put forward an economic model of corporate competition, and after a lot of mathematical calculations, he concluded that all the competitive relationships between companies were related to the quantity of products they produced. If there is already a factory that produces bowls in the market, and another company also wants to open a factory that produces bowls, then care must be taken to avoid overproduction, because too many similar products in the market will cause prices to fall. In any case, the two companies will invariably and independently plan output to keep prices as high as possible.

- Summary of American Works
- Chris Anderson, author of Long Tail Theory, has published a new book, Free: The Future of a Radical Price.
- He pointed out that the Internet has created an unprecedented trend, that is, free!
- Everything related to the Internet, more or less, can be obtained for free. You can browse the news, read books, listen to music, watch movies, search the web, send and receive emails for free, and even call for free.
- At the beginning, everyone thought that it was just because the Internet was just starting, the business model was immature, and free was only temporary. It was later discovered that, if it wasn't right, free is simply the nature of the Internet. If you want to abandon it, you can't abandon it. Those websites that tried to charge a full fee ended in failure. It is no accident that the companies that live the best online are the main providers of free services in this field.
