What is a Business Park?

The International Business Park (IBP), located in Jurong East, Singapore, covers an area of 37 hectares (91 acres). It was established in 1992 and is managed by the Jurong Group. It is Singapore's first business park. Well-known tenants include international high-tech companies such as Acer, Innovative Technology, Sony, and Dell. [1]
