If the lessee in the rental point notes something to be repaired, the apartment manager usually announces to correct it. After the announcement, a leasing agent or manager will generate a job order form. The form usually states the name of the Lessee, the phone number and the address. The date of receipt of the application will also be registered in the form. There will also be a brief description of repairs or maintenance work to be carried out.

In addition to each written task, there may be a field for entering any problems with which the maintenance worker can meetat. Work orders may also include space for further comments. The person who has completed this work will then be signed by the maintenance order and can be provided to the lessee by a copy as well as to the manager or maintenance manager.
Not every maintenance work order includes repairs of building structures. Maintenance order can be created for repairing or preventive maintenance on equipment. Office equipment, such as computers and fax machines, often require maintenance by trained techniques. If a machine or equipment at a school, gym or hospital is to be repaired, a maintenance order may be processed.
Tenants or building owner usually do not generate preventive maintenance of work orders. The semi -annual maintenance evaluation for machines and other devices will usually be completed according to the planned times and data. Upon completion, the worker can enter the appropriate information into the computer database.
occasionally, the maintenance order order can contain fields for configuration change requirements. This allows maintenance to staff any changes that may be needed, either on a structure or equipment. This may include replacement or otherwise drastically changing, rather than just a service, some piece of equipment or a building.
