Attendance clock usually has 3 basic components: an AC synchronous electric clock or a quartz electronic clock mechanism with a calendar and time indication clock face; a mechanical transmission mechanism that drives the day, hour and minute dials to operate; a printing mechanism. The working principle of the time attendance clock is: the stable high-frequency oscillation generated by the AC power of the mains power grid or the quartz oscillator is output after frequency division and power amplification, and the output low-frequency alternating current drives the synchronous motor, thereby driving the clock mechanism and the code The disk mechanical transmission mechanism makes the calendar, time indication part of the clock face run synchronously with the day, hour, and minute code dials; when the card is inserted into the card entry slot at the top of the time clock, the card presses the micro switch to turn on the printing mechanism The electromagnet circuit makes the punching hammer act on the dial, and the day, hour, and minute characters are printed on the card through a ribbon. The accuracy of the time clock depends on the frequency stability of the alternating current that drives the synchronous motor.
The position of the card entrance slot of the time clock can be positioned and moved to adjust several punching positions. For time attendance at different shifts (such as morning, middle, and evening shifts) or in-between time of the same shift, the punching position can be adjusted at any time to make it print at different positions on the card.
There is a lock mechanism in the attendance clock, which prevents the casing from being opened at will; when adjusting, proofing time or repairing, the key must be unlocked to open the casing.
