What is Six Sigma certification?

SIX SIGMA certification is an accompaniment issued to individuals within a corporation that has been trained in Six Sigma or the corporation itself that uses the methodology. The quality of quality improvement developed by Motorola at the age of 80 and many companies are used and certification is awarded after the completion of the educational program offered by several schools. For individuals, six Sigma Certification will borrow launchers from martial arts: champion, championship black belt, black belt and green belt.

Green belts are workers who are trained in mechanics and do most of the hands. They must prove the ability to understand the value and processes involved in the Six Sigma certification. Green belts will operate under the black belt, but may not be assigned to a full -time project.

black belts are trained to be able to explain the philosophy and principles of SIGMA and are invited to lead specific full -time projects. In addition to the knowledge of green belts, black belts are required to OVLady of system applications to create and modify projects. champions are usually determined by a corporation that uses the Six Sigma program and is responsible for the supervision of all projects involved. They are usually championship black belts that are selected by administration based on experience and education. While the Champion Six Sigma certification is offered by any number of entities, there are no formal criteria for this certification yet.

SIX SIGMA was very popular as a concept in the age of 90. Not accepting too easily formal implementation in small and medium -sized companies, because the higher ranking and champions are completely devoted to their function within the program. Positions that require Sigma certification are therefore generally found in larger corporations or organizations.
