What is shell rental?
Leasing Shell is a type of real estate rental in which the Lessee agrees to make a specific improvement or even complete the internal construction of a building or buildings located on this land. Although the term is often used in conjunction with rentals that have to do with commercial properties, there are also examples of renting residential shells that allow the tenants to keep gutted houses and restore interiors throughout their life.
