How does the golden refinery work?

The golden refinery receives gold with dirt and processes it to generate clean gold for sale or alloy with other metals for specific purposes. Some refineries can receive much directly from the public, while others only work with metal sellers. The facility has a test station for assessing the quality and value of gold it processes on behalf of clients. Some gold refineries buy a lot, while others can pay people based on the value of the test at the end of the process. Many may include recycled gold jewelry and product components, metal pieces, etc. If a lot contains flammable impurities such as paper and cardboard, the refineries can put it in low-heat-pec to burn and make it easier to work with it during the melting process. During the melting, the refinery adds the flow of flow to gold and melts it in the furnace. Gold sinks on the bottom furnace, while the dirt hovering at the top, bound to the flow in the form of slag.

At the end of the melting, the golden refinery has a solid piece of golden dragon. It can still contain some dirt, such as trace metals, which requires it to pass through the final refining phase, where the device melts the metal and treats it to force silver and other materials to the top. One method, Miller's process, involves drawing chlorine gas bubbles through molten gold to force dirt and leave a solid block of pure gold behind.

During the test at the end of the process, the company will consider gold and test it to determine the level of purity. Clean gold gets the highest prices, although it is designed for an alloy with another metal. Gold refinery can sell gold to other companies such as recycled metal suppliers, jewelers and electronics manufacturers.

Processes in the golden refinery may vary. The processing of precious metals requires the use of caustic and toxic chemicals and historical pollution was a problem for many refinery. Some companies are proud of theEnvironmental and can be advertised specifically to customers who are interested in gold produced refineries. These companies control waste, if possible, use non -toxic materials and undergo independent audits to confirm that they work purely and safely.
