What Are Pulley Bearings?
The outer ring of the roller bearing adopts a full-fill cylindrical roller bearing with a thicker outer ring wall. The outer diameter surface of the roller has a cylindrical shape and an arc shape. It can be designed to cooperate with the raceway surface according to the use occasion. With this outer ring, the roller can roll directly on the raceway and can withstand heavy and shock loads.
Roller bearing
- The outer ring of the roller bearing adopts a thicker outer ring wall.
- The bearing is sealed and filled
- 1) Wash the bearings with kerosene and press in
- Thin oil lubrication: The advantage is that the internal friction coefficient is small, so less energy is required to overcome friction, the thin oil has good fluidity, easily enters the friction surface of each lubrication point, has good cooling effect, and can adhere to the friction surface. Impurities and metal particles generated by grinding are carried away. The disadvantage is that the oil film cannot withstand a large unit pressure and requires high sealing. High-speed presses are generally lubricated with large flow of thin oil, which can take away the heat generated by each friction pair.
