What are photography?
Photo cupcakes are cupcakes that are matt and also have a photo printed at the top, most often using edible icing or ink at the food level. In most situations, the photograph is printed on a special edible paper, unlike rice paper, which is applied to the top of the icing and is left to slowly melt into the icing and create the illusion of the photo. There are also photography in which the image is not applied to the icing, but instead it is placed on the basket in such a way that it stands or somehow three -dimensional (3D), even if it remains an edible part of the treatment. Many bakeries offer photos cupcakes in their premises, although there may be some limitation of quality and color, depending on the method of printing and the application procedure. This image is then changed and printed on a special paper that is usually edible. The heat -generated printing process and other mechanical factors require paper to be truly made of two parts - the edible surface on which the image is printedn, and a more substantial pad that allows you to properly power the paper without tearing or dirty from the cylinders.
Ink, which the printer also uses edible and is often made from some of the same ingredients as the standard food color. Although the ink is safe with food, it is not intended to eat in large quantities. Some of the more vivid colors that can be used can also transmit a small amount of taste to icing due to the nature of the ingredients and the process used to adjust the viscosity to follow the paper.
Once the picture for the photo cupcakes is printed on paper using special inks, the paper is cut to size and peeled from its support. Tten a thin sheet of edible paper can then be placed on the top of the topping, where it is allowed to sit for some time. The icing must be relatively fresh at the moment, so ink and paper have a chance to interact with the moisture of the icing and actually pose into itKnout, become part of the cupcake.
There are some restrictions with photography. Unlike standard azure, purple, yellow and black (CMYK) printing inks, the range of colors can be achieved by edible inks, more limited, which potentially leads to colors if the image is not corrected. In addition, when the image is connected to the icing on the photo cakes, it can bleed and create blurred lines, cover fine details or put a water -vision look in the image.
