What are the different parts of the convection oven?

Regardless of the real model, most parts of the convection oven generally monitor a similar template. Like any oven, there are some common parts, such as insulating furnace, heating element or burner and some type of ignition switch and thermostat. The interior design of the oven includes stands that hold baking trays, a plate covering the heating element and most often light. Significant parts of the convection include a fan or other device used to circulate the air inside the chamber cooking, along with the electronics required to activate or deactivate its use. The distribution of different parts of the convection oven may also differ from other types of furnaces, especially the location of the burners that could be placed behind the circulation fan. They can be real buttons or digital keyboard connected to the control board. Either way, THTEPLOT CODERS will join the box called thermostat. The thermostat detects the temperature inside the oven and can turn on or off the heating elements accordingly. Another switch is neptoJust a device called a selector that is able to activate the fan inside the oven.

One of the most obvious parts of the convection oven is the real cooking door. On the deformation model it can be a relatively thin panel of the window. Larger models may have an oven door that is a heavy insulated structure with a face that can be changed according to the desired look in the kitchen. The door hinge can be charged at the bottom, allowing them to open up from above, or it can be hung on the sides and open like a cabinet door.

The ejection element of the oven can be made from several parts, depending on the type of heat provided. The electrical convection of the oven parts includes a conductive element that generates heat when the current passes. This element connects to a circuit that can produce different levels of electricity, so that the element releases more or less heat. Electric heating element can be placed at the bottom of the chamber of cooking or aboveor can be mounted just behind the circulation fan.

The gas oven usually has a controller connected to the gas line. This can end in a device that keeps a small flame burning at all times. This small flame, called pilot light, exists to ignite larger burners when the gas is passed from the thermostat. Alternatively, an electric starter could be present, a small box that creates a spark that lights the gas on request. Gas burners are usually on the bottom of the oven.

The fan is the last of the convection parts inside the unit. It can be made of traditional metal blades, or it can be a circular device with ventilation holes along the edge. The low authorized electric motor, which is lowered by the selector switch, controls the fan. In addition to the fan and engine, there are usually several separate pieces of metal, which are used as cases, insulation and assembly plants for parts, although these sections are very specific for individual units design.
