The taste is often described as a combination of Guava, pineapple and strawberries. Flower petals are also edible and have a sweet taste.

pineapple Guava is considered somewhat cold resistant and can be grown to the north in the US as Georgia. The tree is not salaMochvějný and requires two or more trees to carry fruit. They usually grow well in full to partial sun, but often produce the best growth in full sun. The roots should be deeply connected about twice a week, although older trees can become dry resistant. It starts to start producing fruit, lasting four to six years. Once the fruit occurs, it usually ripens within four to seven months.
When harvesting fruit from pineapple Guava trees, care must be taken. If it is selected too early, it may not ripen. Fruit bruises quite easily, so it should not be left to fall from the tree. It is usually ready to choose when the fruit and the stem are separated - if the fruit falls when the tree is shaken, it is mature and ready to eat. Because the fruit ripen inside, this is the only way to find out when it is ready for harvesting.
