What are beta-endorphins?

beta-endorphins or b-endorphins are substances created by pituitary. Specifically, they act as neurotransmitters or messages between nerve cells. These substances are located around the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. It circulates around the brain, spinal cord and secondary nervous systems in the body. Two glands, pituitary and hypothalamus have a special prevalence of substance. The pituitary gland is responsible for the release of this endorphin into the blood, where it then travels to the central nervous system in the first leg of its journey. In other words, endorphin connects to the cell and starts the answer. B-endorphin focuses on the parts of the cell called opiate receptorziite, in particular, the substance can achieve these receptors in body tissue through a process called diffusion.

Drug experiments were facilitated by the discovery of beta-endorphins David Chung and C. H. Li. Finally, they assumed that the substance caused a numbing effect. When an individual experiences trauma and subsequent pain, endorphins trigger opiate receptors, which in turn painOtupí.

The

endorphins actually serve as a natural killing of the body pain because they are released during the attacks of pain or other body stress. For example, suffering chronic pains have a high level of endorphins in the body-especially beta-endorphins. The neurotransmitter also often occurs in pregnant women. In many ways, endorphins imitate the effects of painkillers such as morphine, which also works by linking to opiate receptors.

, along with other body chemicals, beta endorphins can be responsible for the physical effect known as Runner's High. Long periods of strenuous physical activity, such as intensive exercises or athletic events, promote breathing problems and painful muscles due to reduced glycogen supplies. When the individual reached the threshold of pain, the body releases several chemicals such as B-endorphins. These chemicals in turn often create higher tolerance for stress or bolEst of the body, which allows individuals to continue to perform a strenuous task.

Due to their properties similar drugs, beta-endorphins can create a number of other effects in people. In addition to the response to pain, it is also released during a period of intense excitement. Therefore, they can improve mood and promote feelings of relaxation. For this reason, traditional and alternative treatment, such as acupuncture, seeks to stimulate the release of B-endorphins. Some scientists even theorized that B-endorphin neurotransmitters can strengthen the immune system and defend the Carrost Ncer.
