What is Geoengineering?

In the first 15 years of the 21st century, Germany is formulating a production practice and scientific research plan for very large geology. The first budget is 500 million marks. This research plan is called "geotechnology". The plan includes 13 major projects. The governments of other developed countries in Europe and the United States are also carrying out similar planning.
