What is geoengineering?

Geoengineering is a scientific branch that focuses on the use of technology to change the country's environment. Most of the ideas of geoengineering are purely hypothetical and many focus on alleviating the effects of global warming, which is the main problem for many nations around the world. Some schemes designed by geoenginiers are relatively radical and would require global discussion and cooperation before they could be carried out. The first Sci -Fi -Fi has suggested that the settlers in the new environments could shape them to be more like Earth, which is widely considered a relatively ideal planet to support humans. One of the basic parts of planetary engineering is terraforming, in fact physically changing the surface of the planet give it more elements of similar Earth. It has been proposed that the Earth's surface has played a very important role in making a planet hospitable to life, so Terraforming is not a completely crazy idea.

Unlike planetary engineering, geoengineering focuses specifically on Earth that faces certain serious problems as a result of human activity. While global warming is one of the most important problems, geoengineering in time can be solved by other problems. Many members of the scientific community have their doubts about the value of geoengineering because it is a radical industry of science that can damage how it helps because the balance of life on Earth is still not perfectly understood.

Sometimes geoengineering designs appear in the main medium. One of the ideas that is sometimes bandaged is the deliberate darkening of the Earth's atmosphere, John the hope of launching global cooling events, such as events documented during a period of high volcanic activity. Other geoenginists have suggested the fertilization of the world's oceans to stimulate the production of algae, the hope that algae can scrub carbon dioxide, while some suggested that carbon dioxide levels could be reducedRacing deep below the Earth's surface.

deliberate changes in the Earth environment should not be used easily. That is why most geoenginery projects do not exceed the planning phase, because most scientists would rather be wrong on the side of caution. Changes in the Earth's environment would apparently affect all their lives on Earth, for better or worse, and some scientists would rather see less drastic approaches to changing climate caused by man and environmental problems.
