What is Redbox ™?

Redbox ™ is a company that rents films on digital discs (DVDs) via sales vending machines. The term Redbox ™ can also refer directly to the red kiosky of the company from which customers rent movies. Significant red kiosky usually occur in selected retail stores with high traffic, grocery stores, shops with the comfort and location of McDonald's® restaurants. The Redbox ™ concept was based on the fact that McDonald's® felt that there could be strong demand for comfortably placed kiosks, where customers could rent the latest DVD films. The first required effect was that customers who wanted to rent a filmry would decide to buy food in a restaurant. The second hope was that customers who have already ate in McDonald's & Reg: Restaurant would decide to rent movies in the restaurant, providing another stream of income for McDonald's®.

The first Redbox ™ kiosky were launched in selected McDonald's® restaurants in Denver, Colorado in 2004. The initial reaction was; Positive and society eventually spread to more than 17,000 seats in all 48 neighboring United States. The company claims that since its launch in 2004, it has rented over 500 million films. In 2005, McDonald's® launched Redbox ™ as a separate company and in 2009 its stake in Redbox ™ issued CoinStar, Inc.

Renting a RedBox ™ kiosk is a relatively simple process. Each machine has approximately 500 film titles from which consumers can choose. Customer selects a movie, inserts a credit card, and for each rented film is charged a set fee for the day. Rent films may not be returned to the place from which they were rented, but can be returned to one of the company's kiosks without fines or fees.

Customers are also able to book movies of pricethe company's website. They choose from which particular kiosk they would like to pick up their rental and the film is preserved for them in advance at this particular place. Once customers are overcrowded, simply cross the card that has been used to rent an online movie and the film is released.

Redbox ™ is also known for its special promotional codes that provide consumers with discounts or even free rental for selected nights. There are relatively few websites and blogs dedicated to these promotional codes on the Internet, and most of this information can be found via the Internet search engine. Customers can also register on the company's website and receive the E -Maly or Temes from Redbox® directly about its promotional codes.
