1. Guarantee the reliability of heating, the flexibility of system mediation and the reliability of equipment maintenance. There should be valves at the front and back of the equipment for isolation and maintenance.
2. Reasonable selection of equipment, its construction and maintenance costs should be low, high economic efficiency; system piping should be as simple as possible (to meet process requirements), equipment control should be as automated as possible.
3. Set up necessary safety devices such as safety valves, water seals and check valves to ensure the safety of operation and the possibility of mediation; In addition, hot water boilers using economizers should be provided with water directly to the boilers. Road; circulating water pumps should be equipped with recirculation pipes, etc.
4. According to GB50041-92 "Boiler House Design Code", necessary auxiliary facilities should be installed in the hot water system. Pipeline installation shall meet the requirements of GB50235-97 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metal Pipeline Engineering".
5. All valves installed on the system piping should be easy to operate and qualified for pressure test.
6. In order to facilitate the drainage and exhaust, the installation of water supply pipelines and hot water pipelines must have a slope of 01003 (note the direction of the slope), and a gas collection box and a vent valve should be installed at the extremely high point of the pipeline. (Dg20) The outlet pipe of the special hot water boiler often has a very high point. If you forget to install the air release valve, the pipe will have a gas plug phenomenon.

Sewage and deflation of hot water boiler room

The purpose of draining the hot water boiler and the entire system is to ensure the quality of hot water in the boiler. Sewage can be divided into two types: regular waterproof drainage and regular decontamination.
Periodic discharge of water and sewage: It is completed by setting a sewage pipe in the lower header of the boiler to release hot water with impurities, and then replenish clean and softened water to achieve the purpose of purifying the water quality in the boiler. Within.
