What is organized work?

Organized work is another term for the trade union. Organized work concerns the collection of experts who are connected to negotiate working conditions with the employer. These trade unions consist of two different types, horizontal and vertical, and are used by white collar forms of employment.

The beginnings of organized work are at best vague, but they believe that they have stopped medieval European business guilds. Trade unions have been organized for centuries, but eventually crystallized in the 18th century in Europe and the United States. Factory staff joined for better salary, better working conditions and better hours, and if the requirements were not met, employees often stood. The work strike means that members of a particular Union refuse to work until the requirements are met, resulting in a work stop, which could cause LOSE money.

CollectiveThe negotiations are considered a key tool of organized work. It is a negotiation including the leader of the Union and the company leader. Collective bargaining traditionally precedes the strike of the work and aims to issue the requirements of the management for management. It often changes and changes in requirements until both parties are satisfied, and if not, the trade union may require strike.

Organized work is found around the world and in fields as diverse as electricians, actors on the screen, public employees, steel workers and more. Trade unions are categorized into one of two fields, horizontal or vertical. Both types serve the same purpose.

horizontal organized work represents workers who share a similar vessel. For example, the Union of Cihel layers would only represent workers who are engaged in building brick building. For example, collaborators who control cement nAid cars or acting as carpenters would not be represented by this department and could have their own.

The vertical form of organized work represents and the whole organization. An example is the government of the city. In this trade union, everyone from administrative assistants to accountants to high -ranking city officials are represented by the only organized trade union. In this case, the mayor or board of directors would not be members of the Union because they are under control and there would be people with whom the Union would negotiate.
