- A supplier code is a standard of conduct that companies require their suppliers to follow.
- Suppliers must not hire anyone under the age of 16 unless permitted by local law and in accordance with the ILO Program. The supplier shall file the date of birth of each employee, or use legal methods to determine the age of each employee.

- Suppliers must comply with laws and regulations regarding minimum working age. It is forbidden to hire employees of any age, including apprentices or technical school students, in violation of local regulations regarding minimum working age and mandatory education age.
- In the absence of separate documentation, the supplier must determine the age of the employee through other legal and reliable means.
- Suppliers must pay wages fairly and provide benefits to all employees in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, and must not be unfair.

- Suppliers must provide a safe, clean, healthy, and efficient working environment; if the company provides employee accommodation, it should ensure the safety and health of living spaces, including appropriate lighting, temperature, ventilation and toilet facilities.

- Suppliers must not assign work that could harm the health and safety of employees.
- Suppliers must provide systems and training to help prevent accidents and injuries.

- Suppliers must not require employees to use original passports, IDs, travel documents, or other personal legal documents as collateral at the beginning of employment.
- Suppliers must not use any forced labor, whether in captivity, debt service, contract labor, or other forms; forced overtime is prohibited.
- Suppliers must not detain employees or restrict their freedom of movement.
- Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws related to regular working hours, overtime hours and benefits.

- The supplier shall provide all employees with documentation regarding compensation, working hours (including overtime hours), wages, benefits and any deductions.
- The supplier must provide legal rest days, public holidays and paid holidays.
- Under normal circumstances, the supplier must give employees at least one day off every seven days, and work must not exceed 60 hours a week (subject to compliance with local laws and regulations).
- Suppliers must comply with environmental laws and regulations applicable in their countries. Suppliers should continuously strive to improve environmental performance.

- Suppliers must keep relevant laws and regulations, including environmental permits and reporting requirements, on file.
- Suppliers must properly dispose of and store dangerous goods and waste, and dispose of them safely and legally.
- Suppliers must not outsource production of Wrigley products or ingredients without the permission of Wrigley; and outsourcers must agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.
- Suppliers are obliged to communicate the content of these standards to employees.
- Suppliers must comply with all regulatory requirements and industry standards under applicable laws, and to the extent permitted by law, maintain records of compliance with such laws and standards.
- In order to measure whether a supplier meets these standards, Wrigley reserves the right to invite independent third-party audit institutions to conduct a pre-announced or unannounced on-site audit of the supplier's production base, operations, books and records at any time, and in the audit Conduct confidential interviews with staff.
- If any unsatisfactory audit results are received or the supplier fails to implement the corrective actions recommended by Wrigley, Wrigley has the right to unilaterally suspend the procurement from the supplier until the supplier implements the corrective action; or Have the right to terminate cooperation with this supplier.
