- Obtain the professional qualification certificate of assistant food service staff, continuously engaged in food service work for more than one year, and reach the required standard class hours after formal training of food service staff.
- Possess technical secondary school education or above, have been engaged in catering service for more than one year, and have reached the required standard class hours through formal training of catering service teachers.
- With college degree or above, and formal training of catering service teachers to reach the required standard hours.
- 3.Senior catering service division (one who meets one of the following requirements can apply for senior professional qualifications)
- Obtain the professional qualification certificate of catering service staff, have been engaged in catering service for more than 2 years, and have reached the required standard class hours after formal training of senior catering service staff.
- With college degree or above, engaged in catering service for more than 2 years, and reached the required standard class hours after formal training of senior catering service teachers.
- Have a bachelor degree or above, have been engaged in catering services for more than 1 year, and have reached the required standard hours after formal training of senior catering service teachers.
