(2) Those who have graduated from colleges and technical secondary schools are required to take the qualification examination of archivist. In addition to the above basic conditions, you should also work in archives for one year after graduation.
(3) In addition to the above-mentioned basic conditions, personnel participating in the qualification examination for archive assistant librarians shall also have one of the following conditions:
1. After graduating from a university, he has worked in archives for 1 year;
2. After graduating from a college degree, he has worked in the file profession for at least 2 years, or graduated from a junior college as a manager for at least 1 year;
3. After graduating from technical secondary school, he has worked in the file profession for 4 years, or graduated from technical secondary school as an administrator for 3 years.
(4) In addition to the above-mentioned basic conditions, those who take the qualification exam for archives should also have one of the following conditions:
1. Get a PhD;
2. Obtain a master's degree and have worked in archives for at least 1 year;
3. After completing the second bachelor's degree or graduate degree, he has worked in archives for 2 years;
4. After graduating from undergraduate, have been engaged in archival professional work for 4 years, or graduated from college as an assistant librarian for 3 years;
5. After graduating from college, he has worked in archives for 6 years or graduated from college as an assistant librarian for 4 years;
6. After graduating from technical secondary school, he has worked in archives or similar professions for at least 15 years, and has worked as an assistant librarian for 4 years;
7. Those who have been evaluated for non-file series intermediate professional positions, have been engaged in file professional work for more than 1 year and have passed the business assessment;
8. Those who have been evaluated for non-archive series assistant professional positions for at least 4 years, and have engaged in archival professional work for at least 1 year, who have passed the business assessment and have a college degree or above; graduated from technical secondary school, in addition to the above conditions, they must also engage 15 years of professional work.
