What is a Realtor?

The state has established a professional qualification system for the evaluation of the level of real estate brokerage professionals. It provides evaluation services for the ability of real estate brokerage professionals to the entire society, and is incorporated into the unified planning of the national professional and technical personnel professional qualification certificate system. Real estate agent qualification

The subjects of the professional qualification examination for real estate agents are 4 subjects: "Policy of Real Estate Transaction System", "Introduction to the Real Estate Agent Profession", "Professional Basics of Real Estate Agents" and "Operation of Real Estate Brokerage Business". Exams are conducted in four and a half days, with each subject taking two and a half hours [3]
(I) Registration requirements for the professional qualification examination for real estate agents:
1. Comply with national laws, regulations and industry standards and norms;
2. Uphold the basic principles of integrity, fairness and justice;
3 Abide by professional ethics.
Those who apply for the Associate Professional Qualification Examination for Real Estate Agents, in addition to the above-mentioned basic requirements for registration for the examination, should also have a technical secondary school or high school education or above.
There are a total of 2 real estate agent associate professional qualification examination subjects, which are "Comprehensive Ability of Real Estate Agents" and "Practical Practice of Real Estate Brokers"; the scope of the examination is the scope determined by the "National Real Estate Agent Associate Professional Qualification Exam Outline (2018)". If the registration certificate of a real estate agent is accidentally lost, you should apply for a replacement according to the following procedures:
I. Lost statement published in newspapers above the provincial level
The statement of loss shall include: the name of the certificate holder, gender, the name of the certificate lost, the registration number, and the validity period of the certificate.
Fill in the application form
The applicant should fill in the "Application Form for Replacement (Replacement) of the Registration Certificate of Real Estate Agents". This form can be downloaded from the website of a Chinese real estate agent.
3. Prepare the following application materials
(1) Two copies of the Application Form for Replacement (Replacement) of the Registration Certificate of Real Estate Agents;
(2) Two copies of the ID card and one one-inch bareheaded photo;
(3) Two originals of the newspaper where the loss statement was published (the original newspaper must be a full page, the name and layout of the newspaper can be seen).
4. Submit application materials
After the loss statement is reported for 30 days, please bring the above materials to the construction (real estate) department (referred to as the registration acceptance department) of the people's government of the province, autonomous region, or municipality where the business registration of the employer is located.

V. Application deadline
The registration acceptance department shall complete the examination within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the application, and report the application materials and preliminary examination opinions to the Chinese Society of Real Estate Appraisers and Realtors. 6. Get a new certificate
Real estate agents can obtain a registration certificate from the registration department.

If a registered real estate agent has any of the following conditions, the original registration agency shall cancel the registration:
(1) Does not have full capacity for civil conduct.
(2) Criminal penalties.
(3) Separated from the position of real estate broker for more than 2 consecutive years.
(4) Real estate brokerage activities in two or more real estate brokerage agencies at the same time.
(5) Serious violations of professional ethics and management regulations of the brokerage industry.
