What is the development of the faculty?

The development of the faculty provides teachers opportunities for self -evaluation, improvement of their skills and learning new skills. These programs can be sponsored by educational institutions, school districts or governments. They can also be organized by individual teachers on the basis of volunteers. Programming available in this effort may include further education courses or short workshops as well as training new types of technologies.
