What is the Berger series?
The Berger series is a group of tests that are used to evaluate computer programming and operating skills. There are four tests in line: programming (form D), advanced form programming, computer operator and system operator. These tests are often used to determine whether the individual has the ability to learn and use these computational skills effectively. They are used to find an individual who is best suited for a particular position, regardless of experience.
Each Berger Series tests have approximately 24 to 30 questions. The test time ranges from one to two hours, depending on the complexity of the subject. Completed tests are evaluated by PSCHometrics, Inc., which is the only company that offers the tests. The results are usually sent by mail, although the Berger Systems Aptitude programmer is evaluated over the phone. Most tests are written so that no experience is required to understand and complete them. OtThe bullshit is written in such a way that the recipient must use the same skills to solve the problem as the programmer or operator would use.
Aptitude Berger series for the Advanced Form programming test, also known as the B-AP AF, requires some knowledge of the field to be able to complete it successfully. It is usually used to find the highest level sources for more complex programming positions. The ideal candidate for the test will take several classes of the calculation and will have an input understanding of the programming language.
All tests in the Berger series are used to test candidates. Tests simulate a typical computing environment. The questions are managed by the test customer through the work of samples, each of which has a problem that must be Solved. Problems are divided into sections, with questions that measure, how the individual would manage simple and complex problems.
Raymond Berger, PhD and Frances Berger, PhD, are the creators of the Berger test series. Together they are the director of Psychometrics Inc., a company that proposes tests of information technology evaluation (IT). Their tests are usually used to determine whether an individual has a technical ability necessary for a particular work. They can also help determine what training is necessary to provide the tester the necessary skills for the position or whether the candidate is ready for promotion.
