* Generate visual elements such as icons, borders, user controls, window specifications, and graphical layouts
Create visual elements such as icons, borders, custom widgets, window treatments, and graphical layouts
* Work with the product design team to develop some important added value concepts and revise the product.
Collaborate with Product Design team to develop concepts of key additions and edits for the product
* Communicate with business experts and marketing department to confirm the design and get approval.
Communicate designs to business specialists and marketing team members for validation and buy-in.
* Communicate with developers to provide clear definitions and directions for implementation.
Communicate designs to development and provide definition and direction during implementation
* Communicate with quality control department to provide clear understanding needed during testing phase.

Qualifications: Qualifications & Requirements:
* 4-5 years of working experience in application interaction design (interface design, product design). Solid experience in web and desktop applications.
4-5 years experience in application interaction design (UI Design, Product Design); solid experience with both web applications (not web sites) and desktop applications
* Design, human-computer interaction, usability specialty or ability to demonstrate understanding of design, interaction design theory and practice.
Education in design, HCI, usability or ability to display formal understanding of design and HCI theory and practice
* Understand the life cycle of interior product design.
Understand in-house product design lifecycle
* Excellent communication skills: writing and speaking.
Good communication skills: written and verbal
* Learn about browser- and client-based technologies (HTML, Java, Flash, .NET).
Knowledge of browser-based and desktop technologies (HTML, Java, Flash, .NET)
* Prototype technology, including DHTML, Dream Weaver, Flash or similar.
Prototyping skills using DHTML, Dream Weaver, Flash, or similar
* Experience in developing and running usability tests.
Experience with developing and running usability testing
* Have industry research experience (Cooper's goal-oriented design method is preferred)
Experience with field research (goal-directed method by Cooper is preferred).
* You can use the design process to describe how problems arise and how they are resolved, whether working independently or with a team.
Should demonstrate ability to use design processes for problem definition and solution creation while working indlidually and with a group
