What is the clutch crossing?

Cut the clutch is a device designed for mechanical department of the drive shaft from the driven shaft when the drive shaft behaves in a certain way. Crossing the clutch works when the driving shaft or input rotates more slowly than the driven shaft or output. It also relaxes when the drive shaft stops completely.

The drive shaft is an automobile mechanism that transmits torque from one source to another. It serves as a connector between torque input and rotation output. In cars, the drive shafts transmit torque from the engine and turn the wheels. However, breaking the engine will no longer be available, leading to increased brake wear. Another advantage is that crossing the clutch allows you to move the gear in the manual transmission without lifting the clutch pedal. These devices are usually added to tractors and haylers without taking off live power (PTO). Connecting the clutch to the tractor prevents its unintentionalFor the forward procedure, which may be a safety risk. Energy from its momentum allows it to alternate. This is known as freewheeling, and therefore the predominant clutch is sometimes called freewheel.

For illustration, two gears can be displayed, one inside the other. The inner gears contain teeth, while the outer gears have an indentation. When the inner gears rotate faster or in the same direction as the outer gear, the teeth are connected to the indentation.

If the internal gearbox moves forward, the outer gear is also forced to move forward. Between these two gears, the mechanism is designed to disconnect the gears when the outer gears move faster than the inner gears when the inner gear rotates in the opposite direction, or the inner gear stops moving.

bike wheels are a common application for clutch exceeding. The wheels moveí when the pedal is pushed. On some types of bike, when the biker stops pedaling, the bike continues to move forward. This is why in many cases it does not move back by bike backwards.

Ratchets apply the same principle as crossing the clutch. Tools such as a key outlet contain a simplified version of the clutch crossing inside. The inner rocking allows the operator to constantly turn the tool in the same direction without raising his hand.
