Oral: Start at 5 mg / time, 3 times / day, increase the dose every 3 days, and increase 5 mg each time, until the required dose, usually the appropriate dose is 75 mg / day, depending on the condition, it can reach 100 to 120 per day Mg. Children generally 4 times a day, the recommended maintenance dose: 12 months to 2 years, 10 to 20 mg / day; children 2 to 6 years: 20 to 30 mg. Children 6 to 10 years: 30 to 60 mg (maximum 70 mg).
