What are Dippin 'Dots®?
Dippin 'Dots® is a novelty of ice cream created by ice cream ice cream with liquid nitrogen through a proprietary process. The final result is a number of "dots" of pellet ice cream, which can be taken into a serving bowl and eaten with a spoon or poured directly into the mouth. Dippin 'Dots® is strongly promoted as' the ice cream of the future 'and is generally available only in approved Dippin' Dots® franchises. The engineer used the liquid nitrogen canister to freely freeze the dose of ice cream base, resulting in beading ice cream, which retained all the cream of regular ice cream, but the portability of small pellets. Dippin 'Dots® servers might not endure the stress and tension of the stirring of ice cream with a traditional scoop. Dippin 'Dots® can be administered with dry measurement of hills from containers stored in the slot proposed unit Super Freezer. Although charged as "LED C" Dippin "Dots® has not yet caused significant ice cream on the ice cream market. Due to the defect in the original patent application, other companies can legally produce a lightning ice cream product similar to Dippin 'Dots® and at least one brand has already loaded in retail stores.
