What is Breema's body?

Like the massage, Breema Bodywork includes various forms of touch and movement. However, massage and Breema are first different in their philosophies and purpose. The starting point of Massage is the assumption that the client's body has a problem that needs healing. On the other hand, the Breema body does not start to assume that there is a problem. Instead, it focuses on compensating the client's energy and the creation of harmony between the body and the mind.

There are two parts for Breem. The first is Breema Bodywork - where Breema practicing works with the client's body. The second is known as self-practice-practiced. The aim of both parts is to release a person and release any emotional, mental and physical tension. Other benefits of the Breema body include increased flexibility, awareness of their own energy and well -being. The session leads to fully dressed. Nevertheless, no special clothes or equipment are needed for the Bruemo body session. The client is placed on a pad on the floor and the therapist performs a session by performing the client's body with a series of fineMovements and stretching.

practicing does not use the muscle power to stretch the client's body; Rather, the practitioner uses his own body weight to pull or push the client's body in different directions. Possible positions in which the client can be placed are numerous. The client could sit or lay on his back or on the side. The client's legs can be stretched, bent or can be placed over one practicing arm, as the practitioner holds their hands and leans back.

Exercise in Breema are based on nine principles of harmony:

  • Comfort - Exercises should never be unpleasant.
  • strength and fineness - these are the characteristics of exercise.
  • No power - moves and exercise do not use strength.
  • Mutual support - simultaneous giving and receiving.
  • non -atmosphere -the client is to make the client feel comfortable and come as it is.
  • full participation - The client is an active partner and involves both his mind and body.
  • No rush and no pause - movements are not rushing, but at the same time there is no gap between different exercises and movements.
  • No accessories - everything that is necessary is that the client is currently in order to express his true self.
  • Individual moment - every movement or activity is a complete expression of our miserable.

Nine Harmony principles also apply to exercising with their own Brese and, like Brematia, Breema's bodywork should never be unpleasant. The aim of the movements is not to stress, but to bring your different aspects to harmony.

Sitting usually lasts between half an hour to an hour. During the session, the practitioner always affects the client in some way and when the contact is broken, the session is completed.
