What is the history of the solar system?
The solar system that includes the Sun and all the planets that circulate it were created 4.6 billion years ago. This number was derived from radiocarbon dating meteorites such as the Diablo canyon, which is about 4.6 billion years old.
Scientists believe that the Sun and the rest of the solar system were created at about the same time that a huge molecular cloud - which would be several light years across - gravitatedly collapsed into condensed matter and created several stars except our sun. This is called non -special theory, and although it is not perfect, it explains most of the current structure of our solar system. Around the orbiting sun would be a disc with debris that eventually condensed into the balls that make up the planets. It is also called a protoplanetary disk, several of them observed in a distant nebula in our galaxy. The densest part of these discs is the areas called the side of the Globule, where it is believed to be born stars. The real process of birth of stars isHidden in front of our binoculars because of the opaque dust that surrounds it.
The planets have formed through growing, where pieces of dust size of matter circulate the orbiting early sun growing into the planet and finally full -fledged planets. This process of growing would take at least 30 million years, maybe longer. The country itself was created about 4.57 billion years ago, about 30 million years after the origin of the solar system.
