What Are Administrative Skills?
Administrative skills refer to the technical management capabilities and practical operation capabilities that national public officials must possess in order to perform their political duties and obligations. In the present era, this mainly refers to the ability of public officials to use modern management methods, technologies and methods to handle administrative affairs. There are two levels of administrative skills: one is the ability to comprehensively use administrative, legal and economic means to handle public administrative affairs; the second is the ability to use scientific management tools and management techniques to handle specific administrative tasks.
