What is the integration of the model maturity model?

Integration of the ability of the ability is a system used to integrate multiple techniques to improve the performance of the organization. The model is applied to a specific process performed by organizations such as creating new products or selecting a supplier. The system sets five phases described as the level of maturity that defines how well the process works.

Integration of the maturity model divides all process elements into processes. Each of them deals with a specific element of the process. The idea is that not only as a control list for solving all the process elements, but also helps combine the relevant improvements to complement and compose each other. Then there are other procedural areas, depending on which of the three categories or "constellations", the process falls. These categories are acquisitions, development and services.

Target achievements for each process area are assigned to one of the five levels of ZRA ZRALocals, starting with the initial level one in which this process is not under control and the company responds to events. In the second level, the process is better managed and is designed for a specific project rather than "one size fit". In the third level, the process is refined to become more active than reactive. In the fourth level, the process is measured and controlled. At five levels, the process is under control and emphasis is on improvement.

The concept of the integration of the maturity model comes from research funded by the Ministry of Defense. Research has led to the creation of the Engineering Institute Software Institute on Carnegie Mellon University. The university holds certain intellectual property rights on the term "model maturity model" that described the initial framework developed from research. Integration of the maturity model refers to models that have been modified and improved from this original framework.

There are certain criticisms of integration of the capabilities model. It is not always appropriate, for exampleFor organizations that do not yet have a process -based culture. Critics also claim that the system is disproportionately expensive and creates too much paperwork.
