1.1 Occupational Name Purchasing Officer 1.2 Occupational Definition Personnel engaged in the procurement of goods and services.
1.3 Occupational levels This occupation is divided into four levels, namely:
Purchaser (National Vocational Qualification Level 4),
Assistant Purchaser (National Vocational Qualification Level 3),
Purchaser (National Vocational Qualification Level 2),
Senior Purchaser (National Vocational Qualification Level 1).
1.4 Occupational environment indoor and outdoor, normal temperature.
1.5 Professional ability characteristics Physical health, strong ability of expression, communication, judgment, calculation, information processing and organization and coordination, normal vision, hearing, and sharp color vision.
1.6 High school graduation (or equivalent) with basic education.
1.7 Appraisal requirements 1.7.1 Applicable persons who are engaged in or intend to engage in this profession.
1.7.2 Application Procedure
(1) The designated organization for the training and certification of purchasers, that is, the national professional qualification training center for purchasers;
(2) Download and fill in the application form for national vocational skills appraisal or register online;
(3) Submit a copy of my ID card, a copy of your academic qualification certificate, and an original certificate of work experience, and four photos of a two-inch blue-crown badgeless certificate;
(Remarks: Level 2 and Advanced need to provide a paper.)
(4) Apply for registration fee, apply for admission ticket and test paper;
(5) Participate in theoretical assessment, skills assessment and comprehensive assessment;
(6) Those who have scored more than 60 points in each subject shall obtain the professional qualification certificate of the purchaser.
1.7.3 Declaration Conditions-Buyer (one of the following conditions)
(1) After formal training of the professional purchaser, he has reached the required standard hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
(2) have been engaged in this profession for more than 2 years.
(3) College degree (or equivalent) with relevant major
Assistant Purchasing Officer (one of the following conditions)
(1) After obtaining the fourth-level qualification certificate of the professional purchaser, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years. After formal training of the professional assistant purchaser, he has reached the required standard hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
(2) After obtaining the qualification certificate of the professional purchaser, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years.
(3) Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years, and after formal training of this professional assistant purchaser, reached the required standard number of hours, and obtained a certificate of completion.
(4) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with relevant major.
Purchasing division (one of the following conditions)
(1) After obtaining the qualification certificate of the professional assistant purchaser, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years. After formal training of the professional purchaser, he has reached the required number of standard hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
(2) Have a relevant college degree and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 10 years. After formal training of the professional purchaser, he has reached the required standard number of hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
(3) Have a relevant university degree, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years, have formal training of the professional purchaser, have reached the required standard number of hours, and obtained a certificate of completion.
(4) Have a graduate certificate (or degree) from a related major and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
Senior Purchasing Officer (one of the following conditions)
(1) After obtaining the qualification certificate of the professional purchaser, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years. After formal training of the professional senior purchaser, he has reached the required standard hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
(2) Have a relevant college degree and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 15 years. After formal training of the professional purchaser, he has reached the required standard number of hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
(3) Have a relevant college degree, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 10 years, have formal training of the professional purchaser, have reached the required standard hours, and obtained a certificate of completion
(3) Have a master's degree certificate (or degree certificate) in a relevant specialty, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years, and undergo formal training of senior professional purchasers in this occupation, reach the required standard hours, and obtain a certificate of completion
(4) Obtain a doctorate degree in related majors, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years. After formal training of senior professional purchasers in this occupation, they have reached the required standard number of hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
1.7.3 The appraisal methods are divided into theoretical knowledge examination and professional ability examination. Theoretical knowledge examination and professional ability assessment adopt closed-book or computer-based examinations. Both the theoretical knowledge test and the professional ability assessment are implemented on a 100-point scale, and those with scores of 60 or above are considered qualified. Buyers and senior purchasers also need to conduct a comprehensive review.
