What Is Business Systems Engineering?

System implementation refers to the system implementation and delivery process after the system outline design and detailed design. It has two phases. The first stage is the system technology implementation process and management of this process, including the establishment of programming standards, program design, testing, construction and distribution, all of which are pre-delivery work. The deliverables during the implementation phase include software, data, and documentation. The final software release is the core of the deliverables, and other deliverables such as user manuals are also essential. The second phase is the user conversion phase, which is the process of delivering users to the system after its release, including user training, business process restructuring and implementation, system conversion, operation, and maintenance. This is mainly a customized process implemented by the system. The deliverables at this stage are mainly user implementation plans, including training plans, reorganization implementation plans, conversion plans, operation and maintenance plans, maintenance records and modification reports. The first phase is completed by the development team. It focuses on technical implementation. The completed system completely covers the requirements specifications and achieves the system goals and indicators, that is, the system is implemented from a technical perspective to meet user needs. The second phase focuses on management and is completed on the user side . Although the emphasis is different, the goal is to successfully implement the system, give users a good system, and let users make good use of the system. [1]
