What is e-marriage?
E-Bohemia is a system that employers in the United States can use to verify the work status of newly hired employees to confirm that they are legal. This system is free of charge and voluntary for employers who want to use it, except for employers of contracts who have government contracts who are obliged to use e-state if they want to continue to receive government contracts. This system is designed to make it easier and accelerate the employer confirm that their workers are legal, and discourage people who cannot legally work in the United States. It was set to expire in 2008 due to concerns about the possible impact of the system on work climate in the United States. In September 2008, the system was extended because it received considerable support from the members of the government and from some employers.
All employers in the United States are obliged to work that newly hired employees can work legally, while employees fill in the I-9 form within three days of employment SPOLU with provision of proof of legal status, such as the Social Security Card and other Government Identification Card. Employers who use e-verifs must still use these methods, but can also enter data into the E-Verify system to confirm that it is correct and that an employee can work legally.
The system is managed by the civil and immigration service of the United States under the Ministry of Internal Security and Social Security Administration. Employers register and accept a short instructions for participation before the system can be used. By entering data, such as the names and social security numbers, employers can find new rent to determine whether they are eligible to work in the United States.
There are several restrictions on the e-verify system. Employers can only use it after hiring a new employee, not as a screening facility for a potential employment roomnce. They also allow them to use them only for new tenants, not for existing employees. Employers must be legally informed by employees when they use e-verifs to inspect work and immigration status. Employees also have the right to question the results of e-cord if they feel that they are erroneous. There are mistakes and people who believe that they should be legally allowed to work in the United States should certainly question the disagreements of systems that indicate that their work can be questioned.
